About the event
Over these two days, the Telfer Executive Program will provide students with the foundations of leadership through interactive workshops. They'll explore their own values, develop emotional intelligence, and practice peer coaching in a supportive environment.
They will:
Create their personal Leadership Credo to guide their decisions.
Learn how to collaborate, provide constructive feedback, and resolve conflicts with integrity.
Develop the resilience necessary to sustain effective leadership in complex environments.
These workshops provide the core skills and shared language of leadership. The Observatory will then build on this foundation, connecting what they learned with human rights law, UN practice, and real-world systemic change.
