About the event

This session invites Ms. Touré to engage students in a reflection on leadership at the intersection of neurodiversity, human rights, and institutional systems. Drawing on her experience in promoting inclusive practices in educational, professional, and community settings, the discussion will explore how leadership grounded in ethics, dignity, and the recognition of differences can make invisible barriers visible and contribute to institutional transformation. It will invite future jurists to conceive of leadership as both a relational and systemic practice, oriented toward genuine inclusion.
