About the event

This Lunch and Learn would invite students into a reflective conversation on leadership exercised within and across legal systems, especially in contexts marked by cultural, religious, and social difference. Drawing on your work in comparative law and legal theory, the discussion would explore how leadership can challenge exclusionary norms, foster dialogue, and reinforce commitments to equality and human dignity within institutions and public life. Framed as a space for inquiry rather than prescription, the session would encourage students to think critically about the role of law β€” and of legal actors β€” in responding to discrimination and strengthening inclusive societies.
