This year’s francophone team from the University of Ottawa, representing the Observatory on Human Rights at the UN —Adèle Gagnon Pelletier, Mateo Porras Gil, and Clara Laplante-Bédard— participated in the francophone edition in Dilijan, Armenia, where they applied their knowledge and expanded their expertise in humanitarian law and advocacy in a challenging and inspiring global environment.
