In this session, Professor Mario Aguilar will examine how leadership can serve as a catalyst for innovation within global organizations and institutional systems. Drawing on his expertise in international law, global governance, and policy reform, he will highlight how leaders navigate complexity, initiate reform, and foster systemic transformation across diverse contexts.

Students will be invited to reflect on strategies for leading multinational organizations, creating sustainable global impact, and addressing the challenges of institutional change.
