Facing Reality: Leadership as Witnessing and Responsibility

In this session, Fabrice Vil will offer a powerful and grounded perspective on leadership and justice. Drawing on his book Bon Gason! Konpliman! Egare!, he intertwines personal experience with social critique to challenge leaders to recognize, name, and confront systemic racism—too often minimized in Quebec and beyond.

His contribution will invite students to reflect on the responsibilities of leadership: to bear witness to injustice even when it is unsettling, and to remain inquisitive about the systems we inhabit.
