Cosmina Caslariu

Cosmina Caslariu is a senior human resources executive and lawyer with extensive international experience in multinational organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université Laval and was licensed to practise law in Montreal. Her career has spanned Canada and Europe, combining expertise in law, human resources, organizational development, labour relations, and strategic leadership.

She currently serves as Senior HR Director for the Adriatic Cluster at bioMérieux Italia, where she is a member of the Executive Committee and oversees human resources strategy across Italy, Greece, Serbia, and Israel. Previously, she held senior HR and leadership positions at Cromology, McCormick & Company, and General Electric, where she worked across several European and international markets.

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in organizational transformation, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and labour and union relations. Her international background is further reflected in her fluency in six languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Romanian.
