Caroline Codsi

Caroline Codsi, ICD.D., is a trailblazer in the field of gender equality. She founded Women in Governance in 2010 with a mission to accelerate women’s access to decision-making bodies and traditionally male-dominated sectors. In 2017, with the support of McKinsey & Company, she launched North America’s first Parity Certification™, an initiative now adopted by more than 150 major organizations and impacting over one million employees. Following its expansion across Canada and the United States, the Certification is now being rolled out in France.
