Béatrice is a Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Project Management professional recognized for her ability to transform ideas into meaningful projects with lasting social impact. She has been a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR/CRHA) since 2021 and holds a Master's degree in Project Management, a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, and an MBA. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to combine strategic thinking, organizational development expertise, and strong project leadership to support organizations through growth and change.
Passionate about social innovation and inclusion, Béatrice helps organizations strengthen their management practices, develop strategic plans, optimize organizational processes, lead change initiatives, manage complex projects, and foster talent development. She is known for her analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to design practical, people-centered, and sustainable solutions.
Béatrice is also the co-founder of Café Autiste and the Quentin Foundation, two social initiatives dedicated to promoting the socio-professional inclusion of autistic individuals. Through these ventures, she combines professional expertise with entrepreneurial leadership and a deep understanding of diversity, accessibility, and inclusive organizational development.
